Chirping Birds — the Force of Money and Mind— Move the Twittering Elsewhere
When the last but one president of the US was elected, I cried. When he took office, I gritted my teeth and thought: “We’ll ‘larn’ you, my lad.” Weapons and money are as closely related in most cases as are money and power.
What I am driving at: This one-time president of the US between 2017–2021 is not interested in anything but — money. And his reputation. He craves attention. Always has. His family background and his own personal history prove at every step that he takes decisions solely based on the outcomes: profit for himself and his supporters. The grey gentlemen, the silent interest groups.
Because, he is also a front. He does his appointed job, he moves the masses. It is no wonder that he was so chummy with the present dictator of Russia.
Now Elon Musk actually did acquire Twitter, as the true follower of a potential dictator, the second rank, as it were, I am still determined: Some people believe in the ‘sword’ — I believe in “swords to quills”, the pen. Alongside the motto from the bible:
they shall beat their swords into ploughshares, and their spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more. — (Isaiah, 2:3–4)
I will write as long and as often as possible about all the injustices, cruelties and selfishness I see. I try to detect the patterns and record them to the best of my ability.
Shirk Twitter, find better ways to connect, even if it takes a few weeks. You will meet better people elsewhere, every day.
The internet is huge and just as in real life you will find scoundrels, ‘hounds’ and ‘dogs’ there — but also heart and mind and voices of all the millions that will not bear it: cruelty and single-mindedness of war — and revenue.
